• Discord — talk to the team and other players: join the Noctie Discord.
• Web subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy — manage or cancel from your Noctie account (see the help center).
• App Store / Google Play charges — use Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund request; those stores hold the subscription.
• Quick answers — the FAQ and pricing pages cover the questions we get most.
